Ok so i have no idea why i started to look up barely water. I just did. It says its refreshing.. So i decided to make some up after doing research. Did u know that barly water helps with dehydration? it replaces electrolytes. :) expelling various harmful toxins from the body? Did you know it helps the skin slow? It is also been used to treat cough, tonsils and throat inflammation like pharyngitis.. well helps with digestive system?

Ok so i made some and followed the directions.. My Husband didn't care for it. To me on the other hand ... didn't taste to bad. I like really. I even used the pearl barley instead of tossing it. believe it or now.. add a little butter and honey.. it tastes pretty good.
